The refund request is made on the website www.modamica.it, by accessing the customer's reserved area. If not registered, the customer will need to register online.
The return can be made via a courier chosen by the customer (shipping costs are paid by the customer) or with our courier (shipping costs are deducted from the final refund). For the return to be accepted, the products redirected to MODAMICA must be in perfect condition: never worn, never washed or altered in any way.
The soles of the shoes must be intact, without the slightest sign of wear. It is essential that the returns are well placed inside the package in which the Customer received the products. If this is not the case, using photographs of the items at the time of receipt, MODAMICA reserves the right to charge any costs for restoration.
