GESTIMODA SRL disclaims all liability in the event that, due to a particular configuration (or malfunction) of the Customer's PC/tablet/smartphone, the colors of the products on the website are slightly inconsistent with the original ones.
The images on the website are the exclusive property of GESTIMODA SRL. Should unauthorized use of the same be found, such action will be prosecuted according to law.

Availability of Items
The products on MODAMICA.IT reflect the precise availability of each item by size and color. The authenticity of each item is guaranteed.
It will be verified if the transaction was successful. Should the ordered products not be actually available or if there are impediments to the successful transaction, MODAMICA / GESTIMODA will immediately communicate this.
Legal Terms
The Customer accessing the MODAMICA.IT website undertakes to accept and comply with the conditions contained in the following statement.
The website and its services are exclusively for personal use (of the End Consumer).
The pages viewed by the Customer are for informational purposes regarding the products offered and the related possibility of purchasing them.
This contract will be interpreted exclusively according to Italian law.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or execution and/or termination of this contract will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court or the Justice of the Peace of Bergamo.
Amendments and Interpretation of the Contract
Any modifications or additions to the contractual conditions will only be effective if approved in writing by the Parties.
Any invalidity or ineffectiveness of one or more contractual clauses will in no case affect the validity or ineffectiveness of the other contractual clauses.
Ownership
Documents, images, characters, layout, software, codes and format scripts are the exclusive property of GESTIMODA SRL
Any reproduction, redistribution to third parties and alteration of the aforementioned material is not permitted without prior authorization.
Domicile of the parties and Communications
For the purpose of executing this contract, the parties will be domiciled at their respective legal headquarters;
All communications relating to the execution of the contract will be made and sent by e-mail, except for communications for which the law provides for particular forms of notification.
Personal Data Protection
The User confirms to have read and accepted the privacy policy pursuant to Regulation (EU) 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments.
The Parties mutually guarantee that the data provided under this Contract will be processed in compliance with the principles of legality, minimization and adequacy.
The Parties declare to be aware that the communication of the user's personal data is indispensable for the correct execution of this Contract and that Gestimoda may communicate them to External Service Provider Managers.
